We had a really great night. As noted below, we went to see Slim Cessna's Auto Club at Red Rocks. It's the venue that tops all venues. For the band, it is a big deal because it has the largest capacity of any place they have ever played (i am guessing). For the audience, it is just a stunning place to be. It's not normal, the scenery there. Gigantic red rocks jet from the ground, looking more like space ships that crashed there from somewhere else long long ago. every seat is a great seat. the winds were blowing like crazy. we started up top and worked our way down....all the while, Shane and Tiana's baby girl who is due in the end of September was kicking up a storm of her own.

The Audience!:After the show, everyone settled in for a showing of Fight Club. We hiked up the 4,682,700 stairs, bought Shane a beer and watched the lightning on the horizon. Not bad for a $10 night.
